By using the Tick Dash application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for the data you create and manage within the application. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and are not responsible for any loss of data.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Tick Dash, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
